Volume Two:
Phoenix Eye Fist Attacking / Stepping

Fundamental training continues on volume two teaching you to form the mantis fist and strike the basic straight punch using various stepping patterns including Return Step, also forming the phoenix eye fist, Jet Shu the straight punch, advance step striking, circle step striking, chop step striking, alternating steps and striking, two man exercises of straight punch. The training in this film teaches the critical aspect of coordinating the upper and lower body movement in unison ensuring your attack with whole body power.  60 minutes.
