In this
Volume, you will discover more about the origins, history and
practices of Chu Gar Praying Mantis.
I studied Chu Gar Mantis with Sifu
Gene Chen, who was a disciple of Dong Yat Long, who was a
disciple of Sun Chu Hing, who was a disciple of Lao Sui.
I did "make the ceremony" of offering tea to Chen Sifu and so
became his disciple in Chu Gar Mantis, circa 1989. I am
also disciple by ceremony of Cheng Wan Sifu. I received
the Chu Gar Ancestral Shrine. Additionally, Cheng Sifu
left me an extensive library of Chu Gar Mantis video and
photos.
