HOW DO I PURCHASE MANTISFLIX VIDEO ON DEMAND?
Purchasing is as simple as previewing on this site, Paypal, downloading, and request your password by email. You will receive your password within 24 hours (remember we are in China), but usually within two hours. You can then watch your video instantly on your computer at your convenience anytime!
CAN I RETURN A VIDEO eBOOK PURCHASE?
Usually content is not returnable after
your purchase has been installed on your PC. Of course,
if you have difficulty accessing, watching, or downloading your
video after purchase, we're happy to help!
ONLINE PREVIEWS
All our MantisFlix Video eBooks have the same format - only the main "Feature Presentatin" Movie or Event changes in different Volumes and the About this Volume Page. Please note Previews usually show only three minutes of the Feature Presentation.

HOW LARGE IS A FILE?
The MantisFlix Video eBooks are from 100 MB to 500 MB usually. We have tried to keep the file size (and download times) small. Video screen sizes are 320x240 or 480x360. The eBook centers on your PC at 1024x768.
CAN I VIEW IN FULL SCREEN
All eBooks are set to 1024x768 and are not resizeable. For optimal viewing we recommend temporarily setting your screen resolution to 1024x768. Google "change screen resolution" and follow the simple directions, if you need assistance.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

- 64MB Memory (128MB recommended)
- 512MB hard disc space or above
- Windows-compatible Monitor (1024X768 or above resolution)
- Windows-compatible mouse and keyboard

- Quick Time file supported Quick Time 6.0 or above
- Windows Media Player 9.0 or above
- Internet Explorer 7.0 or above recommended
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Visit a connection speed website such as www.speedtest.net and run a bandwidth speed test.
OTHER PROGRAMS RUNNING ON YOUR COMPUTER
Some very processor-intensive programs or activities can cause your video playback to "stutter" because your computer is over-taxed. If your computer is older or you have a lot of programs running while you're watching a video, try closing those other programs to improve your video playback.
