CONCLUSION

In this Volume, you will discover more about the origins, history and practices of Chu Gar Praying Mantis.

I studied Chu Gar Mantis with Sifu Gene Chen, who was a disciple of Dong Yat Long, who was a disciple of Sun Chu Hing, who was a disciple of Lao Sui.  I did "make the ceremony" of offering tea to Chen Sifu and so became his disciple in Chu Gar Mantis, circa 1989.

I enjoy the soft and hard powers of Chu Gar.  On the following Cheng Wan pages, you will see performances of soft power, hard power, and soft and hard power in Chu Gar boxing.
